During the course of the game you will periodically run across items called The Sanguine.

Although they are part of some quest during the game, (I’m not going to tell you which one.)  I would suggest that you pick them up and at the very least, put them away in whatever you store things in so that you will have them when you need them.

 Below is a list of the items and their locations within the game. If you so desire to keep these items, I would suggest that you wait until you have ALL of them, completed the quests that sent you to get them, then kill the guy, (which you have to do anyway) and take them from his dead body. All in all there are 27 Sanguine Items, all of which carry a Constant Effect, which you can find around Morrowind. Out of all the times that I have played this game, the one thing that remains the same is that I LOVE to collect all 27 items and display them in my home. I hope that this list will be helpful to you in your journeys. Remember: You don’t just play Morrowind, You live it.

Fortify Light Amour 5 points on self— Severia Magia; a level 25 Assassin in Ald Sotha Shrine has this and other Sanguine items.

 3. Amulet of Sanguine Glib Speech

Fortify Speechcraft 5 points on self—Shotherra, a Khajiit in Thongar’s Tradehouse, Hull.

4. Belt of Sanguine Sureflight

Fortify Marksmen 5 points on self-- Relas Arothan has it at the Assemerairen Shrine in the St. Olm’s underworks.

5. Belt of Sanguine Impaling Thrust

Fortify Spear 5 points on self—Gluronk gra-Shula, Gateway Inn, in Sadrith Mora has it.

6. Belt of Sanguine Smiting

Fortify Blunt Weapon 5 points on self—Domba, a Redguard Witch in Ald Daedroth shrine has it.

7. Belt of Sanguine Balanced Armor

Fortify Medium Amour 5 points on self—Relas Arothan has it in the Assemerairen Shrine in the St. Olm’s underworks.

8. Belt of Sanguine Deep Biting

Fortify Axe 5 points on self-- Durrus Marius has it in the Assemerairen Shrine in the St. Olm’s underworks.

9. Belt of Sanguine Hewing

Fortify Long Blade 5 points on self—Durrus Marius has it in the Assemerairen Shrine in the St. Olm’s underworks.

10. Belt of Sanguine Stolid Armor

Fortify Heavy armor 5 points on self—Mindeli Saren, a Dark Elf Warrior in Yasammidan shrine has it.

11. Belt of Sanguine Denial

Fortify Block 5 points on self—Movis Darys, Ald Ruhn Mages guild (speak to him about joining Morag Tong…do not kill him if you want to join).

Fortify Armorer 5 points on self—Carecalmo, a Highelf Mage has it in the Ashalmimikala shrine.

Fortify Athletics 5 points—Hrodis the Nord is at the Halfway Tavern in Pelagiad and is wearing this one.
